Growing up as a Black and biracial woman, I want to learn more about and connect the ties between my two histories. Through this discovery, I want to create my own worlds and collapse realities. Recontextualize and recreate new pasts and new futures to find my place within this new timeline. I draw from my familial archive, self-portraits, and contemporary imagery to create new stories that explore my past and create new futures.
